the governments drive toward electronic service delivery the
implementation of an online equivalent to the call centre
is becoming an important goal. While the EAZY solution has
been designed to accommodate the needs of call handling and
enquiry office staff, it has also been developed with future
considerations in mind. The extensible EAZY solution can also
include a 'public-facing' module allowing information to be
published directly to the Internet, providing an alterative
